Beau Bush, President & Founder
Beau Bush is the Founder and President of OZMOSI, where he is redefining how pharmaceutical organizations leverage data to drive strategic decision-making in an AI-enabled world. With more than 20 years of experience in predictive analytics, portfolio strategy, and valuation across the pharmaceutical industry, Beau has consistently focused on helping organizations turn complex, fragmented data into actionable insight.
Prior to founding OZMOSI, Beau worked on the client side, supporting competitive intelligence, forecasting, and portfolio strategy for global pharmaceutical companies. Through that experience, he identified a critical gap: while organizations had access to vast amounts of internal and external data, the lack of consistency, structure, and integration limited its strategic value.
OZMOSI was built to solve that problem. Under Beau’s leadership, the company has developed a robust data taxonomy and semantic layer that standardizes and connects information across products, companies, disease areas, and clinical activity. This foundation enables real-time integration of external intelligence with internal data—unlocking more accurate analytics, faster insights, and ultimately more effective AI-driven decision-making without the noise and hallucinations that come from unstructured data.
Today, OZMOSI partners with leading pharmaceutical organizations to power portfolio strategy, competitive intelligence, and business development decisions—helping teams move beyond internal-only perspectives to understand not just what they have, but what they need to win.
Beau holds a BS in Biology from Rutgers University and brings a deep understanding of global healthcare markets, drug development, and the evolving role of AI in pharmaceutical strategy.
Michael Hudak, Director of Data Services
Michael leads Data Services with a strong background in supply chain and financial analytics. He is an industry expert in clinical trial data and is a senior analyst on internal and client based clinical trial data analysis projects. He is highly proficient with data processing practices and tools necessary for analyzing the vast amounts of healthcare industry data. Michael also leads Client Services projects including pharmaceutical portfolio reviews, forecast tool development and company valuations for M&A analyses. He earned his master’s degree in Business Administration from Salisbury University.
Joe Edelmann, CFA, Analyst
Joe has a passion for data and a strong background in financial analysis and modeling and lends his support to both Client and Data Services. Prior to joining OZMOSI, Joe was a Senior Analyst at the Princeton University Investment Company, where he helped evaluate the University’s investments in real estate, natural resources, and private equity. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Economics from Princeton University, and the CFA charter in 2017.
Diego Sarachaga, Data Engineer
Diego’s expertise lies in developing data set processes for data modeling, mining, and production. He also recommends ways to improve reliability, efficiency, and quality. A computer scientist, Diego performs machine learning algorithms to prepare and use data for predictive and prescriptive modeling by applying his experience in data analysis in the banking, telecom, education, IT, and pharma industries. He has a master’s degree in Data Science Statistics from Rutgers University in New Jersey.
Jonathan Falcone, Analyst
Jon uses his experience of programming languages to help automate data flows, web scrape, data mine and summarize large data sets. Before OZMOSI, Jon worked at Bayada Health Care where he built financial dashboards that helped identify areas of financial strength as well as potential markets for expansion. Jon earned bachelor’s degrees in Economics and Sports Management from Rutgers University and is currently earning a Master of Business Administration, Accounting from Louisiana State University.
Natasha Sharma, Analyst
Natasha brings a strong foundation in data cleaning, statistical analysis, and reporting, together with a growing passion for machine learning and artificial intelligence. Skilled in Python, SQL, SAS, and Tableau, Natasha brings experience applying data science across academic, research, and industry settings. Natasha earned her master’s degree in information science with a concentration in Artificial Intelligence and Data Analytics from the University at Albany, and is passionate about leveraging data, ML, and AI to create meaningful impact.
Meg Liberti, Business Administrator
Meg is responsible for overseeing the daily operations at OZMOSI. She brings a broad set of administration management experience to the table. Whether it’s accounting, business management or as liaison to our team members and clients, Meg’s balance of professionalism and personality lends to the positive performance of the OZMOSI team while providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
